Cream Of Chicken Casserole

  1. Boil chicken parts for 20 minutes.
  2. Preheat oven at 350u0b0. Place prepared chicken parts in casserole dish that has been greased with margarine.
  3. Add cream of chicken soup, seasoning salt, black pepper, onion and bell pepper.
  4. Do not stir or mix!!! Place these ingredients on top of chicken parts.
  5. Cook for 45 minutes, then add cream of mushroom or cream of celery, whichever is desired.
  6. Cover dish.
  7. Turn temperature to 275u0b0.
  8. Cook for another 20 minutes.
  9. Serve piping hot over noodles, rice or as a meat dish.
