Grilled Steak Salad With Fruit

  1. In a small bowl, combine the first 7 ingredients. Pour 3 tablespoons marinade into a shallow dish; add the steak and turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate for up to 2 hours. Cover and refrigerate remaining marinade.
  2. Drain and discard marinade. Grill steak, covered, over medium heat for 5-7 minutes on each side or until meat reaches desired doneness (for medium-rare, a thermometer should read 135u0b0; medium, 140u0b0; medium-well, 145u0b0). Let stand for 5 minutes before slicing.
  3. Divide the romaine, mango, jicama, onion and steak between two serving plates. Stir honey into reserved marinade; drizzle over salads.
