Patty'S Cake

• 1 box yellow cake mix
• 4 eggs
• 1 (15 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple
• 2 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
• 1 (12 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
• Angel Flake coconut
• 1/2 c. oil
• 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges
• 2 bananas
• 2 c. milk
• 1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip

1. Mix cake mix, oil, eggs and mandarin oranges, undrained, with a mixer.
2. Bake in a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan until it tests done.
3. Cool.
4. Thicken crushed pineapple with cornstarch. Spread on cake.
5. Slice bananas on top of pineapple.
6. Mix the pudding with 1 1/2 cups milk.
7. Beat together softened cream cheese with 1/2 cup milk.
8. Mix pudding and cream cheese mixture together. Spread on top of bananas.
9. Top with Cool Whip and sprinkle with coconut.
