Chicken And Broccoli In White Wine Sauce

  1. Cut broccoli in bite
  2. size pieces; steam and drain when done. Cook chicken cubes
  3. in 1/2 stick margarine; then drain. In saucepan melt 1/2
  4. stick margarine; add 3 tablespoons flour and stir until smooth over
  5. low heat.
  6. Add 1/2 cup hot chicken broth slowly, then add heavy cream and white wine.
  7. Stir until smooth. Arrange chicken and
  8. broccoli
  9. in
  10. baking
  11. pan.
  12. Pour sauce over and top with
  13. 3/4
  14. cups
  15. Parmesan
  16. cheese.
  17. Bake at 325u0b0 for 20 minutes.
  18. Pour
  19. over
  20. buttered spaghetti; toss and serve.
