B~B~Q Spareribs

  1. Brown pork in a 325 oven for 1 hour, or cook on the grill until nicely browned on all sides.
  2. In a large stock pot, saute onion and garlic in butter.
  3. When translucent add all other ingredients. Bring to low simmer.
  4. Add browned meat.
  5. Cover and simmer on low for 3 hours.
  6. Meat should be falling apart.
  7. Serve over rice.
