Turkey Loaf

  1. Dissolve bouillon cubes in milk in a small saucepan over low heat.
  2. Add butter, salt, thyme and pepper; cool slightly.
  3. Combine turkey, bread crumbs, celery, onion and parsley.
  4. Combine bouillon mixture and eggs; add to turkey mixture.
  5. Mix lightly until blended.
  6. Place mixture in a greased 1 1/2-quart loaf pan.
  7. Bake at 350u0b0 for approximately an hour or until a knife inserted near center comes out clean.
  8. Slice and serve with hot cranberry sauce.
