Individual Cheesecakes
- 4 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 1/3 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 6 slightly beaten eggs
- 36 cupcake liners
- 36 regular size vanilla wafers
- any topping: cherry pie filling (or other fruit flavor), strawberries, Cool Whip
- Mix cream cheese, sugar and flour; beat well.
- Add eggs one at atime.
- Then
- add vanilla and lemon juice.
- Place 36 cupcake liners
- intupcake
- pan.
- Put 1 vanilla wafer in each liner. Spoon
- cheese mixture over wafers.take at 300u0b0 for 25 to 30 minutes
- or
- at
- 350u0b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Bake until firm to touch
- in oven.
- Cool and refrigerate.
- Spoon topping on top and refrigerate again.teel off paper before serving.
