Fiesta Chili

  1. Brown meat and onion.
  2. In a 3-quart pot, place chili seasoning, stewed tomatoes, tomato sauce, beans and garlic salt. Add meat; bring mixture to boiling.
  3. Cover and simmer 30 minutes. Stir in olives and heat a few minutes longer.
  4. Serve topped with a dollop of sour cream and chopped green onion.
  5. Makes 6 servings. Good served with corn muffins or corn chips and lettuce wedges with a creamy dressing.
