Pecan Pie Bars
- 1 box yellow cake mix, divided
- 1 stick butter
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 2/3 c. yellow cake mix
- 1 1/2 c. light corn syrup
- 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 2 c. unsifted all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. cold unsalted butter, cut into bits
- 2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1/3 c. sour cream
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 c. finely chopped walnuts
- 1/2 c. chopped raisins
- Mix flour, salt, butter, cream cheese and sour cream until a crumbly mixture.
- Shape pastry into 4 disks.
- Wrap; chill for 2 hours to 2 days.
- Mix sugar and cinnamon.
