Carrots Au Gratin

  1. Combine crumbs and 2 tablespoons of the margarine; set aside. Add onion to remaining margarine.
  2. Saute over low heat.
  3. Add flour, salt and pepper.
  4. Stir in milk.
  5. Increase heat to medium; cook until bubbly and thickened, stirring constantly.
  6. Add cheese; stir until smooth.
  7. Stir in carrots and parsley flakes.
  8. Spread in shallow 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
  9. Sprinkle with crumb mixture. Bake in a 350u0b0 oven about 20 minutes or until bubbly and crumbs are golden brown.
  10. Yields 8 servings.
  11. Contains 220 calories per serving.
