Meat Loaf Superb

  1. Saute in large skillet over medium heat for 5 minutes the butter and onion.
  2. Add and saute 8 to 10 minutes the tofu pieces and add tamari.
  3. Add and stir until wilted, 5 to 8 minutes, the spinach and sprinkle with lemon juice.
  4. Serve over steamed rice and enjoy.
