Strawberry Bread

  1. Cream butter, sugar, vanilla and lemon extract until fluffy. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating well after each addition.
  2. Sift together flour and baking soda.
  3. Combine jam and sour cream.
  4. Add jam mixture alternately with dry mixture, beating until well combined.
  5. Divide among 5 greased and floured 4 1/2 x 2 3/4 x 2 1/4-inch loaf pans.
  6. Bake at 350u0b0 for 45 to 50 minutes or until comes out clean.
  7. Cool 10 minutes in pans.
  8. Remove and cool completely on wire rack.
  9. Freezes well.
