Zucchini Bread

  1. Sift the 3 cups of flour, cinnamon, soda, baking powder and salt.
  2. Beat eggs well.
  3. Gradually add sugar and oil, mixing well. Add vanilla and dry ingredients; mixing well.
  4. Add vanilla and dry ingredients; blend well.
  5. Stir in zucchini.
  6. Mix nuts with 1 teaspoon of flour; stir into batter.
  7. Pour into 2 greased loaf pans.
  8. Bake in 350u0b0 oven for 1 hour.
  9. Cool in pans on rack 10 minutes.
  10. Remove from pan and cool on rack.
