Lemon Chicken With Mushrooms

  1. Dredge chicken in flour.
  2. In a 10-inch skillet, combine margarine and oil.
  3. Heat until margarine is melted.
  4. Add chicken; cook over medium high heat, turning once, until lightly browned, 2 to 3 minutes on each side.
  5. Place chicken on plate; set aside.
  6. In same pan, mix mushrooms and garlic; saute until mushrooms are soft.
  7. Sprinkle with rest of flour; stir to combine.
  8. Stir in rest of ingredients and boil.
  9. Simmer.
  10. Return chicken to skillet and cook until heated through.
