Cinnamon Potato Rolls

  1. Combine in large bowl, sugar and potatoes; add water and yeast to mixture.
  2. Cover and let set for 1 hour in warm place.
  3. Combine filling ingredients and set aside.
  4. Stir dough down.
  5. Mix in butter, eggs and salt.
  6. Gradually add flour.
  7. Turn out on floured surface; knead until smooth.
  8. Divide dough in half; roll out in squares.
  9. Divide filling and spread on each half of dough.
  10. Roll; cut in slices.
  11. Place in 9-inch pan.
  12. Cover and raise until double in volume.
  13. Bake at 350u0b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
  14. Yield: 18.
