Shrimply Delicious Quiche

  1. Chop shrimp (hold).
  2. Saute mushrooms and onions in butter until tender, but not brown.
  3. Beat eggs, half and half, salt and mustard in bowl until smooth.
  4. Layer 1/2 shrimp, 1/2 mushroom mixture, and 1/2 of the Mozzarella into each pie shell.
  5. Pour 1/2 of the egg mixture into each pie shell.
  6. Bake in 425u0b0 oven for 15 minutes.
  7. Reduce to 300u0b0 and continue 30 minutes.
  8. Let set for 15 minutes before serving.
  9. Makes 8 servings.
