Layered Salad

  1. Combine mayonnaise and sour cream.
  2. Refrigerate.
  3. Rinse peas and drain, set aside.
  4. Wash and cut lettuce in small pieces. Divide 1/2.
  5. Place 1/2 lettuce in large bowl.
  6. Slice boiled eggs and arrange around sides of bowl.
  7. Place remaining eggs on lettuce.
  8. Layer ham, cheese, Bac*Os, cucumbers and carrots. Arrange remaining lettuce on top.
  9. Spread peas.
  10. Spoon mayonnaise/sour cream sealing the salad.
  11. Top with potato/salad topping mix and arrange tomato wedges.
  12. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  13. Can be made 24 hours in advance.
