Glazed Ham With Sweet Potatoes

  1. Preheat broiler.
  2. Position oven rack about 4 inches from heat source.
  3. Place ham in shallow pan.
  4. Surround with peaches and sweet potatoes; drizzle peaches and sweet potatoes with 1 tablespoon maple syrup.
  5. Broil 5 minutes or until lightly browned. Meanwhile, heat combined jam and mustard in microwave until jam is melted; stir until well-blended.
  6. Turn ham, peaches and sweet potatoes over; brush ham with jam mixture.
  7. Drizzle peaches and sweet potatoes with remaining 1 tablespoon maple syrup.
  8. Continue broiling 5 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
  9. Serves 4.
