Chicken Livers With Noodles

  1. Wash the livers and cut into small pieces; then fry in the oil, butter and the 1/2 onion.
  2. Take the onion out when pale golden color.
  3. Cook the livers on high for a few minutes; then reduce and cover.
  4. Remove the tomato skins and take out the seeds.
  5. Cut them into pieces; add to the livers.
  6. Add salt and pepper; simmer.
  7. Cook the noodles; add a pinch of soda.
  8. When ready, drain and place on a serving platter.
  9. Pour the liver mixture all over the spaghetti, knobs of butter and the Parmesan cheese.
  10. Serves 6.
