Grilled Shrimp

  1. Coat a nonstick skillet with cooking spray.
  2. Place over medium-high heat until hot.
  3. Add onion and saute until tender; remove from heat.
  4. Add brown sugar and next 6 ingredients.
  5. Stir until well blended.
  6. Let stand 2 to 3 hours.
  7. Peel and devein shrimp.
  8. Pour marinate over shrimp turning to coat both sides; chill for 1 hour.
  9. Soak 4 (8-inch) wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes.
  10. Place shrimp on skewers so shrimp lie flat.
  11. Grill on medium hot coals 3 to 4 minutes on each side until shrimp turn pink.
  12. Squeeze lemon over shrimp and serve.
