Ancho Garlic Steaks With Summer Salsa

  1. Rub steaks with chili pepper and garlic salt. Grill, covered, over medium heat or broil 4 in. from heat until meat reaches desired doneness (for medium-rare, a thermometer should read 135u0b0; medium, 140u0b0; medium-well, 145u0b0), 7-9 minutes on each side.
  2. In a bowl, combine salsa ingredients. Cut steak into slices; serve with salsa.
