Fruited Bran Muffins

  1. In a small bowl, combine the first six ingredients. In another bowl, combine the egg, buttermilk, banana, molasses and oil. Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Fold in apple and blueberries.
  2. Coat muffin cups with cooking spray or use paper liners; fill three-fourths full with batter. Bake at 350u0b0 for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool for 5 minutes before removing from pan to a wire rack. Serve warm.
