Beltline Burritos

  1. Brown together first 3 ingredients.
  2. Add next 3 ingredients. In saucepan, heat enchilada sauce, V-8 juice, tomato sauce and brown gravy.
  3. Chop up lettuce and tomatoes.
  4. Spread meat mixture on tortillas; add a little chopped lettuce and tomatoes and roll up. Place in a large baking dish or roasting pan and cover with heated sauce.
  5. Sprinkle cheeses over burritos.
  6. Bake at 350u0b0 until heated through.
