Beltline Burritos
- 3 lb. hamburger
- 1 large sweet onion, diced
- 1 green pepper, diced
- 1 Tbsp. cumin
- dash of chili powder
- 1 large can refried beans
- 2 (10 oz.) cans enchilada sauce (mild)
- 1 small can V-8 spicy hot
- 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
- 2 glass jars Heinz brown gravy
- 1/2 head lettuce
- 3 or 4 large tomatoes
- 10 to 14 extra large flour tortillas
- 1 pkg. Mozzarella cheese
- 1 lb. grated Colby cheese
- Brown together first 3 ingredients.
- Add next 3 ingredients. In saucepan, heat enchilada sauce, V-8 juice, tomato sauce and brown gravy.
- Chop up lettuce and tomatoes.
- Spread meat mixture on tortillas; add a little chopped lettuce and tomatoes and roll up. Place in a large baking dish or roasting pan and cover with heated sauce.
- Sprinkle cheeses over burritos.
- Bake at 350u0b0 until heated through.
