Veal (Or Pork) Parmesan

  1. Mix bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper and paprika. Dip meat in beaten egg, then crumb mixture.
  2. Brown on both sides in hot olive oil.
  3. Place slice of Mozzarella cheese after each piece of meat.
  4. Sprinkle with oregano.
  5. Cover, simmer 50 minutes or until meat is done.
  6. Add water, if needed.
  7. Makes 4 servings.
