Shrimp, Pea And Mushroom Stir-Fry

  1. Blend cornstarch, salt, sugar, ginger, chicken broth, soy sauce and garlic.
  2. Heat wok or large skillet.
  3. Add oil and mushrooms, fry 1 minute.
  4. Add peas and onion, fry 2 minutes.
  5. Add shrimp, cook until pink.
  6. Add chicken broth mixture and cook until thick.
  7. Serve with hot cooked rice.
  8. Makes 6 servings.
