Chicken Lasagna Bake
- 8 oz. lasagna noodles
- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can canned chicken broth
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 c. cottage cheese
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/3 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. chopped green peppers
- 1/3 c. chopped pimento stuffed green olives
- 1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
- 3 c. chopped, cooked chicken breast
- 1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
- 1 Tbsp. melted butter
- Cook noodles; drain.
- Rinse with cold water.
- Combine soup, broth and salt; stir until smooth.
- Combine cream cheese and the next 3 ingredients in a large bowl.
- Add onion.
- Layer half of noodles and cream cheese mixture.
- Repeat.
- Add butter and bread crumbs on top.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes at 375u0b0.
