Kool Kokonut Dessert

  1. Mix the first 4 ingredients together and put it in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
  2. This is the crust and first layer.
  3. Bake 10 minutes at 375u0b0.
  4. Cool.
  5. At same time, brown 1/2 cup coconut.
  6. Mix 1/2 carton Cool Whip with powdered sugar and cream cheese; this is second layer and should be poured over cooled crust.
  7. Cook pudding in milk and cool.
  8. Pour over second layer.
  9. Add other half of Cool Whip and sprinkle with browned coconut.
  10. This is the fourth layer. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  11. Watch coconut carefully, it browns quickly.
