Six Bean Casserole
- 1/2 lb. Italian sausage
- 1/4 lb. pepperoni, sliced thin
- 1/2 lb. smoked kielbasa, sliced
- 1/2 c. spicy barbecue sauce
- 1 (16 oz.) can pork and beans (undrained)
- 1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans (undrained)
- 1 (16 oz.) can hot chili beans (undrained)
- 1 (16 oz.) can white kidney beans, drained
- 1 (16 oz.) can lima beans, drained
- 6 slices bacon
- 1 (16 oz.) can butter beans, drained
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1 can tomato soup
- 3 oz. tomato paste
- Form the Italian sausage into 1-inch balls.
- Brown in skillet; drain.
- Combine with remaining ingredients, except bacon, in a 5-quart casserole or in a smaller roasting pan.
- Partially cook bacon in microwave; arrange over casserole.
- Bake, uncovered, at 325u0b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
- Serve hot or cold.
- Yields 16 generous servings.
- Great for picnic or barbecue.
