Blue Cheese ā€˜N’ Fruit Tossed Salad

  1. In blender, combine the first eight ingredients; cover and process until blended. In a large bowl, combine the romaine, apples, oranges and pecans. Add dressing and toss to coat; sprinkle with blue cheese.
