Macaroni Chili

  1. In Dutch oven or heavy large pan, brown meat in oil, stirring frequently.
  2. Add tomatoes, tomato juice, onions, garlic, salt and remaining seasonings.
  3. Simmer, covered, one hour or more.
  4. Stir in kidney beans and pickles.
  5. Cook 30 minutes longer.
  6. Remove bay leaf.
  7. Add cooked macaroni.
  8. Makes 10 servings.
  9. Very good and filling meal.
