Cheddar Spinach Squares
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. quick crescent dinner rolls
- 8 to 10 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/4 to 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1 1/2 c. half and half or milk
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- pinch of nutmeg
- pinch of garlic powder
- 1/4 c. flour
- 3 eggs, beaten
- pinch of pepper
- 10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped spinach, drained well
- Heat oven to 350u0b0.
- Press crescent roll dough into the bottom and up the sides of an ungreased 13 x 9-inch pan.
- Pat and seal any perforation in dough.
- In medium bowl, combine cheese, flour, then add eggs, half and half, salt, pepper, nutmeg and garlic powder.
- Then add spinach.
- Mix well.
- Pour into crust.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 45 to 55 minutes until well set.
- Cut into squares. Serve warm.
- Makes approximately 24 to 36 servings.
