Ham And Cheese Casserole

  1. Add 2 tablespoons salt to 3 cups water.
  2. Add macaroni; bring to boil.
  3. Boil for 2 minutes, then cover.
  4. Remove from heat; let stand 10 minutes.
  5. Melt margarine in saucepan.
  6. Add chopped pepper and onion; simmer for 5 minutes.
  7. Add the chopped ham; brown lightly.
  8. Rinse macaroni and drain.
  9. Mix with all other ingredients, except 1/4 cup grated cheese reserved for topping. Pour mixture into casserole dish.
  10. Sprinkle with cheese.
  11. Bake at 350u0b0 for 20 minutes.
