Grand Marnier Cheese Cake
- 1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 1 tsp. Grand Marnier or other orange flavor liqueur
- 3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 3 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 1 Tbsp. Grand Marnier or other orange liqueur
- 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, well drained
- Combine the first 4 ingredients.
- Press into a 9-inch spring-form pan.
- Beat cream cheese with electric mixer until light and fluffy.
- Gradually add sugar and flour.
- Mix well.
- Stir in eggs, one at a time, beating well after each.
- Stir in 2 tablespoons butter and 1 tablespoon Grand Marnier.
- Spoon into prepared crust in pan.
- Bake at 375u0b0 for 30 minutes.
- Let cool at room temperature on wire rack.
- Refrigerate 12 hours.
- Remove pan sides.
- Garnish with mandarin oranges.
- Serves 10 to 12 persons.
