Chow Mein

  1. Combine chow mein, celery, onion, and mushrooms in a 2-quart casserole dish.
  2. Cover.
  3. Microwave 6 to 10 minutes on High or until meat is set.
  4. Dissolve cornstarch in soy sauce.
  5. Stir into meat mixture.
  6. Mix in chow mein vegetables, water chestnuts and ginger. Cover.
  7. Microwave for 6 to 10 minutes on High, or until vegetables are tender-crisp.
  8. Makes 4 servings.
