Chicken Dish
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 2 cans Veg-All, drained
- 1 can cream of mushroom
- 1 can cream of chicken
- 1/2 c. chicken broth
- 2 sticks margarine, melted
- 1 c. self-rising flour
- 1/2 c. milk
- Boil chicken breast until tender.
- Remove chicken and reserve 1/2 cup chicken broth.
- Debone chicken and cut into bite-size pieces.
- Spray a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with Pam.
- Place chicken pieces in baking dish.
- Layer cream of celery soup and two cans of Veg-All.
- Add cream of mushroom soup.
- Stir 1/2 cup chicken broth into cream of chicken soup.
- Pour over casserole.
- Stir together flour, melted margarine and milk until all lumps disappear.
- Pour over the casserole and bake at 375u0b0 for 1 hour or until golden brown.
