Chicken Dish

  1. Boil chicken breast until tender.
  2. Remove chicken and reserve 1/2 cup chicken broth.
  3. Debone chicken and cut into bite-size pieces.
  4. Spray a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with Pam.
  5. Place chicken pieces in baking dish.
  6. Layer cream of celery soup and two cans of Veg-All.
  7. Add cream of mushroom soup.
  8. Stir 1/2 cup chicken broth into cream of chicken soup.
  9. Pour over casserole.
  10. Stir together flour, melted margarine and milk until all lumps disappear.
  11. Pour over the casserole and bake at 375u0b0 for 1 hour or until golden brown.
