Cheese And Sausage Medley

  1. Place 2 cups croutons in a buttered 2-quart casserole.
  2. In a large bowl, combine sausage, celery, green pepper, onion and pimiento.
  3. Fold in mayonnaise and mustard.
  4. Spread over croutons.
  5. Top with cheese and remaining croutons.
  6. Combine eggs and half and half.
  7. Pour over croutons.
  8. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight.
  9. Bake in a preheated 375u0b0 oven, uncovered, for 1 hour or until set.
  10. Remove from oven and let stand 10 minutes before serving.
  11. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
