Choco-Caramel Delights

  1. In a small bowl, beat butter, sugar, egg yolk, milk and vanilla until blended.
  2. Stir together flour, cocoa and salt. Blend into butter mixture.
  3. Refrigerate for 1 hour or until firm. Heat oven to 350u0b0.
  4. Lightly grease cookie sheet.
  5. Beat egg white slightly.
  6. Shape dough into 1-inch balls.
  7. Dip each ball in egg white; roll in pecans to coat.
  8. Place 1-inch apart on cookie sheet. Press thumb gently in center of ball.
  9. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
