Chicken And Curly Pasta Casserole
- 12 oz. rotini pasta
- 3 c. chicken, cooked, boned and cut into bite-size pieces
- 1 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 medium green pepper, chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (12 oz.) can Pet milk
- 1 1/2 c. chicken broth
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed to melt easily
- 3/4 c. sliced olives
- Cook pasta until limp.
- Drain.
- Saute green pepper and onion in margarine.
- Combine chicken broth and cheese and stir over low heat until cheese is melted.
- Stir in Pet milk and both cream soups until well blended.
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Pour into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
- Bake in a 350u0b0 oven for 40 to 50 minutes.
- If pasta starts to dry out too much, cover very loosely with foil.
