Banana-Apricot Nut Bread

  1. Stir together flour, baking powder, soda, salt, sugar, apricots and nuts until thoroughly blended.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine bananas, milk, egg whites and yogurt; stir into dry ingredients just until well blended.
  3. Pour batter into a greased loaf pan. Bake in a preheated 350u0b0 oven (325u0b0 for glass pan) for 1 1/4 hours or until bread begins to pull away from sides of pan and toothpick comes out clean.
  4. Let cool in pan for 10 minutes; turn out onto a rack to cool completely.
  5. Makes 1 large loaf.
