Chicken Cordon Bleu With White Wine Sauce

  1. Pound chicken breasts until thin.
  2. Lay out flat and sprinkle with parsley.
  3. Top each breast with slice of cheese and 1/2 slice of ham.
  4. Roll up tightly.
  5. Stir together mayonnaise and water in shallow dish.
  6. Roll each bundle in mayonnaise mixture and then in seasoned bread crumbs.
  7. Spray baking sheet with cooking spray. Arrange bundles, seam side down, in a single layer on baking sheet.
  8. Bake at 425u0b0 for 15 to 20 minutes or until browned, cooked through and cheese is melted.
  9. Serve with White Wine Sauce and sprinkle with parsley.
  10. Makes 8 servings.
