Mrs. Allen'S Four Cheese Macaroni And Cheese Casserole
- 1 1/2 c. elbow macaroni
- 3 tsp. butter or margarine
- 2 tsp. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 2 c. milk
- 8 oz. grated sharp cheese
- 4 oz. cream cheese
- 4 oz. Velveeta cheese
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- Cook macaroni in boiling salted water until tender; drain. Melt butter in saucepan.
- Blend in flour, salt and pepper.
- Add milk; cook and stir until thick and bubbly.
- Add grated sharp cheese, cream cheese, Velveeta cheese and Parmesan cheese.
- Stir until melted and thoroughly blended.
- Mix cheese sauce and cooked macaroni.
- Pour into a 1 1/2-quart casserole.
- Sprinkle grated sharp cheese on top.
- Bake, uncovered, at 325u0b0 until bubbly, approximately 25 to 30 minutes.
