Ben'S Chili(Spicy)
- 1 Tbsp. hickory flavored salt
- 1 Tbsp. corn oil
- 1 1/2 lb. beef chuck, cubed
- 3 medium chopped onions
- 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
- 1 (16 oz.) can chili hot beans
- 1 (12 oz.) can beer
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 (14 oz.) can tomatoes
- 2 tsp. cumin seed
- 1/2 c. parsley flakes
- 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 2 c. water
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 2 bell peppers, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans
- 1 c. celery
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1 tsp. Accent
- 3 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. ground cumin
- 1 Tbsp. oregano
- 1 tss. garlic salt
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 small potato
- Use 4-quart saucepan.
- Add oil and brown meat.
- Add and saute peppers, onions, garlic and celery until tender.
- Add other ingredients and simmer 2 to 4 hours.
- Mash potato and return to pot.
- Make adjustments desired.
- Amount not used may be frozen.
