Savory Seasoned Chicken

  1. In a shallow bowl or large resealable plastic bag, combine dry ingredients. In another bowl, beat egg and milk. Dip chicken in egg mixture, then dredge or shake in flour mixture.
  2. In a deep-fat fryer, heat oil to 375u0b0. Fry chicken, several pieces at a time, for 5 minutes or until golden brown, turning once. Place in an ungreased 13-in. x 9-in. baking dish.
  3. Bake, uncovered, at 400u0b0 for 20 minutes or until juices run clear.
