Easy Lasagna
- 1 lb. ground beef or sausage
- 2 (28 oz.) cans tomatoes
- 1 (7 1/2 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1/4 tsp. garlic sauce
- 1 envelope spaghetti sauce mix
- 1 c. Ricotta cheese
- 1 c. cottage cheese
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 6 oz. shredded Mozzarella
- 8 oz. wide lasagna noodles, uncooked
- Brown meat.
- Add next 4 ingredients.
- Bring to a boil and simmer 10 minutes.
- In a small bowl, mix the Ricotta and cottage cheese, egg and Parmesan cheese.
- Put a little meat sauce in bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan and start alternating layers:
- layer of noodles (raw), 1/3 meat sauce and 1/2 cheese.
- Repeat and sprinkle Mozzarella on top.
- Cover with foil.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 1 hour.
- Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
