Farmer'S-Style Chops(Makes 6 Servings)

  1. Trim excess fat from chops.
  2. Coat with 2 tablespoon of flour. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown chops in oil. In slow cooker, place potatoes and onion.
  3. Sprinkle remaining flour over and toss to coat.
  4. Layer over potatoes (in order), cabbage, salt, pepper, pork chops, bouillon granules, 1/4 cup water and stewed tomatoes with juice.
  5. Do not stir.
  6. Cover and cook until vegetables and pork chops are tender.
