Chicken Casserole

  1. Cook chicken in water.
  2. Reserve water and remove meat from bones.
  3. Discard skin and bones.
  4. Cook macaroni in reserved water. Drain mushrooms and olives; retain liquid.
  5. Thicken liquid with 2 tablespoons of flour.
  6. Cook.
  7. Add mushrooms.
  8. Brown onions in small amount of oil.
  9. Add with tomato sauce to olive and mushroom sauce, seasoned with salt, pepper and garlic.
  10. Drain macaroni. Arrange in 9 x 13-inch baking pan in layers of macaroni mixed with the chicken, sauce and macaroni mix, remainder of sauce.
  11. Top with cheese and olives.
  12. Bake 45 minutes in 300u0b0 oven or melted.
