Sesame And Soy Vegetable Stir-Fry

  1. In small bowl, combine chicken broth, soy sauce, cornstarch and ginger; set aside.
  2. In large skillet over medium heat toast sesame seed until light brown, stirring constantly.
  3. Pour sesame seed into small bowl; set aside.
  4. Heat same skillet over medium-high heat until hot.
  5. Add oil; heat until it ripples.
  6. Add broccoli and cauliflower; stir-fry 2 to 4 minutes, stirring constantly.
  7. Stir broth mixture into vegetables; add onions.
  8. Cover; simmer 3 to 5 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender.
  9. Spoon into serving dish; sprinkle with toasted sesame seed.
  10. Yields 8 servings.
