Peggy'S Chili
- 1 1/2 lb. hamburger
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 6 cloves chopped garlic
- 1 lb. 14 oz. (big can) Hunt's Chili Beans
- 15 oz. can black beans
- 14 1/2 oz. can diced tomatoes
- 1 can of tomato soup
- 2 cans 8 oz. tomato sauce
- 2 cans 4 oz. sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 tsp. ground cardamom
- 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp. ground coriander
- 1/2 tsp. ground marjoram
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- garlic salt to to taste
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
- Brown hamburger, onion, garlic, and cloves.
- Remove fat.
- Dump in all cans of ingredients.
- Drain mushrooms and black beans.
- Add spices.
- Simmer for 1 hour and serve.
