Ground Chicken And Curry Stir-Fry(Use Microwave To Make 4 To 6 Servings)

  1. Mix ground chicken with seasoned salt, 1 teaspoon curry powder and vegetable oil.
  2. Place chicken in microsafe baking dish.
  3. Cover with plastic wrap.
  4. Microwave at High power for 6 to 7 minutes, stirring once.
  5. Mix chicken broth with soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar and 1/2 teaspoon curry powder.
  6. Add broccoli, snow peas and onion to chicken mixture.
  7. Cover with plastic wrap.
  8. Microwave at High power for 5 to 6 minutes or until vegetables are tender and liquid is boiling.
  9. Mix cornstarch with water.
  10. Add to baking dish along with the bean sprouts.
  11. Sprinkle with paprika.
  12. Stir well. Cover with plastic wrap.
  13. Microwave at High power for 2 to 4 minutes or until liquid has thickened.
  14. Serve immediately over rice.
