Italian Stuffed Shells

  1. Cook pasta shells until "al dente" or according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. Mix cottage cheese, spinach, 3/4 pound of Mozzarella cheese, salt and pepper together.
  3. Stuff mixture in shells and put them in open glass baking dish.
  4. Grease dish.
  5. Cook ground beef (pouring off grease); mix with spaghetti sauce.
  6. Pour this mix over shells.
  7. Sprinkle remaining Mozzarella cheese on top.
  8. Cover with foil and bake at 350u0b0 for 30 minutes. Remove foil and brown for 5 more minutes.
